Prior to this, Louis played a key role in the global integration of ALD Automotive and LeasePlan, two companies with different roots and cultures that have now come together as Ayvens. Being a French-Dutch binational with more than 20 years of international experience across different geographies, Louis thrives in multi-cultural environments, bringing together stakeholders with diverse backgrounds to achieve common goals.
