With extensive experience at Unilever and Dole in Singapore, where she spent much of her career, Barbara joined Danone in October 2024. 
In her current role, she leads global sustainable sourcing across Danone's €18 billion procurement portfolio, ensuring that every decision aligns with the Danone Impact Journey and the company’s broader ESG commitments. Barbara's ambition is to not only drive sustainable practices across Danone's global supply chain but also to mobilize the entire organization behind ambitious sustainability targets. For her, success means that sustainability becomes fully integrated into the business as a key enabler of value creation, driving positive environmental and social outcomes alongside long-term business growth.
