Internship assistant project manager

Tips4Expat offers a 4 months assistant project manager internship starting in end of august 2024.

A growing multilingual relocation consultant agency based in Amsterdam looking for its new Assistant Project Manager intern. The agency has a strong human focus and offers high quality tailored services for internationals along their relocation journey. This is a nice opportunity to develop skills in digital communication, collecting data & analytics, developing a critical spirit and planning & organizing in an international organization.

TASKS 

• Support the day-to-day operations of the T4E Team;
• Assist T4E team in the development of communication and project management tools;
• Update/create process documents;
• Assist the T4E Office Manager in the T4E data management (database update, potential research), in creating client files from A to Z…
• Support T4E events organization and networking presence;
• Assist in managing and creating the T4E Social-Media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook);
• Participate to brainstorming with the T4E team sharing your ideas.

• Data & Analytics;
• Ability to write level C1/C2 English to clients and business partners;
• Biking is a real plus ;).

LANGUAGES

• English C1/C2 level
• Additional languages a plus

WORKING HOURS

• Monday to Friday
• 9am to 5pm (sometimes the times will be different)
