Eversheds Sutherland Strengthens Dutch Real Estate Practice with Partner Berend Zwart
Eversheds Sutherland has bolstered its commercial real estate practice with the appointment of Berend Zwart as a partner in the Amsterdam office. Berend will closely collaborate with real estate partners Natascha Geraedts (administrative and environmental law) and Max van Drunen (real estate notary).
Berend has 20 years of experience as a lawyer in commercial real estate. He specializes in real estate transactions, project development, construction, and leasing. Additionally, he regularly represents clients in disputes and (international) arbitrations in these fields. Berend has been involved in the development and acquisition of the World Trade Centers in Amsterdam and Utrecht and the Markthal in Rotterdam, among other projects.
