Stefan is an associate manager at Sia Partners, an international management consultancy. He has extensive knowledge within the field of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), ranging from topics such as DEI-focused workshops, bias reduction, inclusive leadership, and communication, shaping DEI strategies and policies, and translating employee data to concrete action plans. He specialises in LGBTQ+, gender, accessibility, and neurodiversity in particular.

During the seminar, he will dive deeper into the concept of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, how it involves everybody in an organisation, and the positive impact investing in DEI has on organisations.
