Thomas Hullegie | SanofiTalent and Diversity Lead Northern Europe

In April 2023, Thomas Hullegie started as Talent and Diversity Lead for Northern Europe at Sanofi, a French multinational pharma and healthcare company.

Prior to this position, Thomas served as Sanofi’s Talent Acquisition Business Partner and as Public Affairs Manager Specialty Care. Building on his background in Political Science and International Management and his broad working experience, he is passionate about corporate reputation management, talent and leadership topics, and DE&I.

Thomas believes that a DE&I strategy should not be regarded as a nice-to-have but as a need-to-have. In his view, a diverse and inclusive workplace helps to unleash employees’ full potential and the wider range of perspectives helps companies to connect more fully to customer and stakeholder needs.

During the seminar, Thomas will reflect on his first weeks in this exciting role and how DE&I plays an important role at Sanofi.
