Silvia leads the Corporate Social Responsibility efforts of BNP Paribas The Netherlands. She believes that we all have a role to play in changing the world around us for good and is passionate for making a positive impact.

Before her current position, she has worked in different roles within the Bank, from due diligence to customer experience. Born and raised in Italy, she has lived in Ireland, Greece and the US before moving to the Netherlands.
She holds a master degree in International Affairs from the School of Advanced International Studies of Johns Hopkins University.
