Frédéric Blaisot has been Director of Human Resources for Belgium and the Netherlands at Schneider Electric since June 1, 2021.

He began his career in the glass industry (food, pharmaceuticals and aeronautics), then in distribution at Saint-Gobain, where he held positions as Director of Human Resources and Social Relations.

Frédéric joined Schneider Electric in 2017 as Human Resources Director for medium-voltage plants in Southern Europe. In 2018, he took over the management of Social Relations for the Group's factories and distribution centers in Europe, and then, in 2020, led Schneider Electric's global supply chain skills program and the design of a digital & technical skills management tool for factories.

Frédéric holds a degree in Human Resources from Paris-Sorbonne.
