She has been working at Rabobank for over 6 years, responsible for (strategic) Talent Management and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. She leads the DE&I journey, which started with a focus on gender diversity, to as much as possible a holistic perspective and where DE&I is embedded in everything they do.
