Talentsoft asserts its position as the European leader in HCM cloud solutions

Talentsoft, a leader in HCM cloud solutions has been able to weather this unprecedented crisis thanks to its solid business model, seeing a rise in 2020 turnover and a 17% growth in annual subscriptions. The French scale-up is aiming for a turnover of €100 million in 2021, proving their ability to supply their innovation to the European market.

“2020 was a year of transformation and adaptation for all organizations. Given the current crisis, a number of companies have had to speed up their digital transformation processes. This in turn has highlighted a number of requirements for organizations: better understanding their people, a need to identify skills , improving the management of remote teams and their objectives, and an increasing importance placed on employee training. Talentsoft has met these new requirements with the acquisition of Crafty and the launch of Talentsoft Match, helping companies and employees prepare for the jobs of the future. Our teams are involved in HR transformation projects all over Europe.
