Following the health, safety and prevention measures implemented by many governments globally, we have activated our internal security protocol and business continuity plan.

We wish to inform you that AGS continues to operate. Our offices remain open, but many of our teams are working from home. However, the Corona virus has a significant impact on the moving industry worldwide. Due to reduced freight services (sea and air) and a shortage of empty containers, the capacity of shipping companies has decreased, which may result in considerable delays (several weeks), changes in freight rates (sea and air), and additional costs for warehouse handling and unforeseen charges for forced storage.

Lastly, AD HOC divisions of the AGS Group have been set up in many countries with health systems ill-equipped to meet the demands of the pandemic to help safeguard the property of families repatriated due to an emergency and having to leave everything behind.

These processes had also been implemented during the wars in the Ivory Coast and Libya (ten and seven years ago). They have been activated immediately.
