My name is Richard Loiseau. I am a chemical engineer with 15 years of experience in business development and innovation partnerships in the processes, nuclear and rare metals sectors. I am passionate about cutting edge industries and curious about scientific innovation in general.

I founded Innovative Tech Off in 2020 when I moved to the Netherlands and offer the following services:

- Developing sales in a new sector or a specific target; searching for and connecting partners all over the world.

- Conducting market research and proposing action plans for launching a new product or exploring a new market.

- Representing companies as a trilingual French-English-Spanish sales agent located in the heart of Europe.

I can also assist with the implementation and management of export flows of dual-use materials from the European Union to customers located in third countries.

On a day-to-day basis, I support existing sales teams in order to explore a new geographical area or launch a new offer; or I lead the business development of start-ups in technical fields; with a predilection for the chemical and specialty metallurgy industries.
